Where are the addresses of wealthy individuals willing to make high risk investments for good returns?
ByThis question relates to a private wealthy investor willing to buy fix up houses to be leased with buy options to credit challenged individuals.

Many people who are wealthy enough to do something like, are smart enough to know, you don’t lease to people with questionable credit. Taking a risk now and again is one thing, risking that much is just too much to ask.
